Convertible 325 motorised hood

Hi I've just fitted new canvas to a newly purchaced project
Which has gone real well
But I have noticed the horse shoe hood cover seems lol sided and doesn't shut properly motor is disconnected as cam on close mechanism has broken (seems normal for these )
My question is can I adjust the hinge to pull it down so it seals on the back edge
I see only one bolt from inside the boot where are the other two bolts lol
