Hi all

I have a 1991 325i cabriolet. I removed the under dash panel to give it a new coat of paint. While looking at the under dash wires, I found the black connector in the attached pictures unconnected and with nothing is sight to which it should be connected to.
The only known faults to the car are (1) the dash ABS light is always on and (2) the central locking doesn't work by key. The car has a toad alarm which effectively operates a central locking feature.

Does anyone know what this black connector is for please ?
many thanks
B

Thanks for that, I did read somewhere that it may be for air con. My car doesn't have air con but I may consider fitting it now! Thanks again
