no power to drivers side dipped headlight

The Car is an 89 325i sport

I've got no power going down the feed to the headlamp

Fuses are fine and I've replaced the relays yet I've still no power to the lamp. I do however have power at the fuses. Fuse 13&14 both 7.5 Amp.

Down at the relays below my glove box, the one for the drivers side isn't distributing the power out even though there's a 12v feed the other wire that has power works as it should as when the light switch is on/open it goes dead but the other wires from the relay stay dead this is the only obvious problem I have come across but Don't know what's causing it.

Any ideas? I've checked the switch and tried another so pretty sure it's not at fault. Checked all earths as well they seem fine and I've doubled checked for any broken wires again nothing there either.
