until recently i have noticed that one side of my horseshoe does not close flush against the horseshoe seal is there any way to adjust this also its a electric roof ?

i can push the side down without to much effort on the side with the gap, it gets folded manually at the moment how do i adjust the latches? And which is the Bowditch cable please.
