I've been reading about E36 suspension conversions, and everyone mentions the usage of E36 M3 evo bits.

Can standard E36 parts be used as i have a set of modified hubs for a 325i

No you can't, using standard E36 bits buggers the geometry right up, the M3 Evo bits gets it somewhere close but still not perfect.
