They appear to be, but there's no way of telling if the rear mounts are of the E30 internal construction, or of the stronger E46 design.

Why don't you just put your vehicle reg on ECP website and select from there? 99% of the time, the parts are correct.

Talking about top mounts, what are the symptoms of them failing?

I've recently noticed a rattling/clicking noise coming from the driver's side rear, when going over speed bumps.

Can't hear anything when driving along a smooth road, so does that sound like a top mount?

Why ECP? CP4L is their online sister company, starts with prices that are usually lower, and has permanent discount codes of up to 15% on top of that.

Expose the top of the damper rods in the boot, where they come through the top mounts, and bounce the car up and down.
Failed top mounts will be obvious by movement between the two.

Same parts, with the same part numbers, taken off the same warehouse racks and packed in the same boxes by the same muppets.
CP4L parcels often arrive covered in ECP parcel tape.
