fitted different engine

Hi guy's. I have fitted a c20let from a vauxhall into my 318i e30, wired the engine in like this, used the c101 to power the engine, conection no 18, black/yellow to starter, the problem i have is the engine runs but will not turn off using the key, it will start with the key. I have used the pos from battery as the power for the fuel pump's, have two as have a swirl pot ect, have fitted a kill switch for the ecu to stop engine and as a anti theft device, but would like to stop/start engine as it was before, on the key, please help as not a electrician.

fuel pumps prob need a switched live via the new ecu and new ecu loom prob needs some form of a switch live as well.
