325i cab (noise coming from OSR HUB)!!

there is a annoying noise coming from my rear drivers side hub!........its like a scrapping noise.....kicks in at 25mph.....however when going downhill in neutral when u rest your foot on brake pedal it goes away for a sec.......when setting off it has started to vibrate my hood frame.......i keep thinking its the wheel bearing??....wat do you think?........

Could be broken anti rattle springs on the rear brake pads,but does sound like the bearing
