Hey,

I have a set of M3 eccentric lollipop bushes. But I can't seem to figure out which way to fit them.

I'd always figured the hole should be towards the wheel. The powerflex instructions seem to say the same - but their diagram shows the opposite??

On googling for images etc it seems people have fitted them with the hole either nearest to the car or nearest to the wheel!

Please could someone clear it up for me as I plan to fit them today.

Thanks

There should be an arrow on the bush and a raised dot on the lollipop - fit the bush with the arrow and dot aligned. The raised dot can often be covered by rust/dirt so it's not easy to see. The hole in the bush should be closest to the chassis rail when fitted as this moves the wishbone towards the outside of the car and so the wheel/hub position forward in the arch increasing the caster angle.

Got a direct link? The only references I found were to the eccentric bush part number and a link to fitting concentric bushes.

Ah, didn't clock that was an M3 bush :o: it just looks like a dodgy pic of the concentric bush from the pics above it.
Thanks :thumb:
