Water Pump
What mileage / years would be reccomended for a replacement water pump?
My last water pump was done 7 years ago, I think it was a Circoli.
Carparts4less has 2 brands that both seem suspicously cheap, Circoli @ £25.80 and Airtex @ 28.08.
Cambelt Kits
Wiki says 50K for cambelt change - if lower milage, what about years between changes?
Any reccomendations on cambelt kits I've never heard of either of these brands; Dayco @ £38.34 or Ina @ £43.14. I'm sure the last belt I put on was a Continental.
Thanks

Cambelt 'life' is 3 years or 30k miles.
Water pump, some suggest every second cambelt...I guess it depends on usage,a car that's running 15k a year will most likely go three belts to one pump! What waterpumps do not like is to be sat with no coolant.

given how cheap the water pumps are and the work required to replace it (M20) i would just replace it as a matter of course when doing the belt.
When my belt was last changed i replaced the hoses as well for good measure.
