Seat repair Essex/London

Does anyone know of a decent company that can repair my drivers seat?
The back part wont tilt at all.

Its a sport seat, I have removed the back and there is a cable coming from the side lever (to tilt seat forward to allow passengers to get in the rear), but the cable has loads of slack. Even pulling the cable doesnt release anything.

There's a guy who used to be based at Cook's Ferry at Enfield Lock. His names Jim and also used to trade under the name of Xtreme Trim. He did my complete retrim and has done a couple of seat frame repairs for me. Always found his work good, reasonable and he seems a nice bloke to boot.. Hope that helps.
