does anyone know if the front seats in a saloon can swap sides? ie changing the drivers one with the passenger seat?
i know the controls would be on the wrong side but thats ok, can the seatbelt clip be swapped over?

thanks for looking

Converted passenger seats to driver's a few times. Standard procedure.
Seat backs swap straight over no problem.
Seat bases, it's easiest to swap the fabric over and not touch the metalwork, although it's possible to change all the bits over.
Check for cracks in the seat base frame around the hinge pin when it's stripped down. (MOT fail).

so do the cushions need to be swapped over, or can you just bolt the whole thing in the "wrong" side?
