Welding on the strut

Hello,

I recently ordered a KW V1 coilover kit for 45mm struthousing.
I saw there needs to be some welding on the struts, but I can't find some good information or pictures about this..?

Can someone please give me some more in-depth information about what needs to be done?

got any pictures of the kit, as that will give us an idea as to what you need to do.

I've not got any personal experience with the kw kit but most kits you have to cut your strut housing down to where it meets the hub knuckle and weld the kw coilover strut in its place.
