As long as it is 096 then it is correct...
I went with the S5 from Euro car parts if I recall it was £80...

096 refers to the physical size of the battery

Battery the OP refers to is a size 100. 096 and 100 are the same in length and width, but the 096 is slightly taller. Since E30 batteries are secured by a clamp at the bottom, either is suitable.
I've always considered the range of batteries offered by Bosch to be a little odd, with their S3, S4 and S5 series representing a warranty length of three, four or five years. Nothing odd about offering an 'ordinary' battery and a 'premium' battery, but to offer one in between the two is strange IMO.
