Yes, and remember they are 'crush' washers, I.e soft aluminium.

mmm, strange, check the mating faces that the washers sit against for scores/burrs particularly under the head of the bolt.

I've got a similar leak that I've been meaning to fix for ages. Someone recommended Dowty seals, but I can't seem to find any over here

Mine leaked a slight drip after a power steering change.
I changed the larger crush washers for copper and found the right torque setting of 40nm (
that's the 22mm banjo nut)

Dowty washers with a nitrile inside seal are a last resort (e-bay) not cheap at over £2.00 each.

If your going down the dowty route it must be cheaper from a hydrolic hose place like pirtek for example ?

Its a metal sealing washer with a nitrate center ( internal rubber ring in the center) used on high pressure hoses like commercial steam cleaners and hydrolic power packs for things like jack hammers that rip up roads ...... Take a lot of beating,

Just Google Dowty washers, all will be revealed. P.S you must have got through some fluid!
