My 1989 325i has a problem with the clutch master or slave cylinder. The clutch peddle seems to sit about half way down most of the time which moves the bite point really low. I have blead the clutch but made no difference. The slave looks fairly new. Any ideas? I think it must be a common problem as a sport I recently sold did the same thing. Any help would be great, cheers

This can sometimes be a sign of a failing master cylinder.
