Can anybody tell me what these two plugs are for and the bare wire in the first pic please?

Only thing I can make out from the tiny pics. is the area in the car we're looking at, so I'll guess at the plug for an interior light delay module and the plug that is swapped over to connect the door pin switch to the module instead of directly to the dome lights.
Shouldn't be any bare wires!

The cut wire is green/black and green/blue and goes towards door/windscreen area
