bmw e30 2.5

I need some advice on a problem,
when I switch the hazards on all of the indicator lights work except the front right (drivers side)
when I indicate right the rear works and the wing indicator works but flashes fast (like a bulb gone which is expected)
when I indicate left nothing happens atall
Im not getting power to front right and I cant work out why without stripping the whole loom.
has anyone come across this?
is there something else in the mix im just not seeing?
any help would be brilliant

thanks for the reply brian,
I sorted the problem now turned out someone bodged in a different colour wire that throw me completely,now I think I need a indicator stalk tho :/
