Fuel leak

When filling with fuel I then get a heavy leak until the tank reduces to approx. 2/3rds full then it stops.

I have to replace the expansion tank a month or so ago as the previous had a hole in it. Can't actually tie down where the leak is coming from but seems to be around fuel filler neck/tank area so not a broken fuel line etc.

I have also replaced the fuel tank not that long ago too.

Any ideas?

Rubber O-ring around the fuel pump is the first thing to replace.
