Hi guys,
My 1990 E30 320i has 15" BBS alloys, currently fitted with 205/55 15 tyres
When I type my reg into the Blackcircles website, the options it gives are;
195/65 14 VR, or
195/60 14 HR
so no use at all.
Can anyone tell me when fitting replacement tyres if I should be fitting 205/55 15 or 196/60 15?
I know that the speedo error is -1.38% with a ride height gain / wheel arch loss of 4.25mm if I fit the 195/60's.
Any advice welcome!
Thanks
Andy

205/55 is correct for 15" BBS. Quite rare nowadays meaning limited choice. :(

Damn and buggeration, as my great uncle used to say!
However, I have seen 4x Toyo Proxes T1R 205/55 15s for £225 on fleabay, don't know if that's reasonable.

Not a bad price though Toyos are a bit soft for my liking. I normally use Vredestein Sportracs but went for Falken ZE914s last time. I've been pleasantly surprised so far.
