I have a 320i cab with BBS 16 inch and Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres 205/55/15.

Wheels need refurbishing, as look tired - no heavy damage, just 16 years & 79k miles.

What is best approach to do this ? How much should it cost ? Can I get easily the centre plastic caps with BMW logos, to finish off the job nicely ?
Garages in Reading/Oxford area ?

My 12 year son swears i can get a set of new ones for Ԛ£150...which is probably less than the refurb. Any clues appreciated.

are they standard BBS or split rims? If thet are standard you should be able to get them done for around Ԛ£40 per wheel.

Thanks for quick reply. They are 'standard'...single piece alloy wheels, so I guess not split rims. I've emailed Wicked Wheels for contact, etc. Any idea about the centre caps that also look tired ?

Good question....I just measured the diameter of the alloy wheel....and it was 16" - is this wrong approach ? Tyres say 205/55/15 on them.

Get the caps refurbed at the same time, they cost about Ԛ£25 each from the dealer.

Lepsons in Gillingham, Kent do a truly superb job at Ԛ£50/wheel.

If the tyres have 205/55/15 then they are 15"

It would cost a lot more than that per wheel for new BBS, it will be cheaper to get em refurbed

Over here a new 15" BBS costs roughly Ԛ£135 each. Without centre cap.
