Im running a m20b28 engine with a walbra fuel pump, now on right hand corners on track or even on islands under spirited driving im getting some fuel surge. From what I hear this is a issue with these fuel pumps because of the high pick up point. I dont really want to run a tank of fuel on track days so my other option is a swirl pot. Now I understand cutting the line in the bay and plumbing one in mounting ect but what do I do about pressures as iirc the m20 fuel rail runs 5 bar so the questions I have are:
do I need a secondry puller pump between the swirl pot and the fuel rail?
And how do I regulate the pressure... is it just a case of sticking a pump in and thats it?
Or shall I find a stock intank fuel pump, what power are the stock pumps good for?
Im abit of a retard regarding fueling, so id appreciate any help cheers guys

e30 is 3bar, e36 m3evo is the only 5 bar.
use the stock pump as a lift pump, feed that to the bottom of the swirl pot, return to the tank at the top of the pot, warlbro pump feed the fuel rail, return from the rail either to the tank or the pot or spliced into your other return line.
I like to stick it back into the bottom of the pump.
