Is a complete 316i engine and gearbox that's running well worth selling or is it just scrap value these days?

I expect the sump will be worth more than the engine, advertised on facebook im sure it would sell within minutes

If the cam is quiet, whip the complete head off - that's worth 80-100 quid. The gearbox is worthless sadly.

I have....! 
316i poverty spec from Holland, no sunroof, no central locking, facelift 1990 model, 100k miles, 1 owner from new who imported to the UK in 2001.
Engine and box are sweet so a nice morsel for someone when I strip it...
