Hi all ive got a rack leak one of my rack boots have a hole in it which im hoping as to why I have a leak the power steerings fine no whines or noises is there a possibility the rack seal have gone??

If there's fluid in the boot then the seal has gone.

They usually have a small hole in the boots so they can compress and expand with movement of the rack.

The boot is only there as a dirt guard, it's not designed to hold fluid. If rest any fluid in the the main seals in the rack are dead.
