After picking the sport up the other day working on a few other issues.

The car is fitted with a btb manifold the recipt is with the car 1300 quid and and fritz bitz system 900 quid so why is the exhaust sticking out like this. Im about to cut it down with a hacksaw to its normal length.

Or is is it like that for a reason before i make the chop.

Thanks in advance you would think paying that money it would sit right.

Suspect it isn't fitted properly. The pipes slip over each other by quite a long way so perhaps they need shoving on a bit further?

if you paid for someone to fit that take it back to them !

I wouldnt want to take a hacksaw to my exhaust that cost me that much!

Best/cleanest way to shorten them..

just whip the backbox off and stick it on a band saw

I know but i never bought the system but who ever fitted it must know his job must of been a reason behind it.

It would take your leg off walking past the back of the car
