Ill be dropping the car back on all 4 soon and want to set my camber and caster as close to what works best but im not sure what values i should be aiming for?
This is what the wiki has to say about it
Camber settings: Front -1°10' to -0°10'. Rear -2°30' to -1°30'
Caster settings: Front 8°00' to 9°00'
Ive got both on the rear beam but theres nothing listed as an ideal setting?
Ill be lowering her a bit but i want to keep it all as close to spec as possible without rubbing issues, which are hopefully minimal with the work done on the arches. [/i]

Front settings : Castor 8aº ± a, Camber -2/3rdsº ± a, Toe-in 0.028" ± 0.024, Steering axis inclination 13 5/6thsº ± a
Rear settings : Camber -2º ± a, Toe-in 0.080" ± 0.031
Just found that which answers my quesrion i think, unless the m3 runs different spec?

Jozi, the settings you found are exactly the same as the Wiki. Half a degree is 30', so Camber -2º ± a is just another way of writing -2°30' to -1°30'.
The values in the Wiki were what was printed on my report sheet last time I took my Touring to get the geometry done.

Do you happen to know what settings the m3 had or if they would be better or not?

Don't have the settings anywhere handy, but the M3 definitely had different front castor, which is an inherent factor of the suspension so not something you change adjust. Not sure whether the offset control arm bushes would affect the toe though.

Ive got the eccentric bush up front but everythingelse is standard except the rear caber and caster plates. Ill do some digging, maybe the bentley manual has some info as well

The later m3s had different castor because of the eccentric bush, which obviously is an easy retrofit to other e30s.
Not sure whether the m3s strut geometry was any different to add any negative camber or anything.
