Headlight full beam removal

Hi all,

While the car is off the road for welding, I'm trying to tidy up some other bits and pieces that don't require me to be with the car, so I thought I'd make a start on the headlights.

I've got them out of the car, got the projector out, and removed the wiper motor (one still worked(!)). What I'd ideally do is remove all 4 bowls/lights from the frame and clean everything thoroughly, but at the minimum I want to remove the passenger full beam as it's a Hella, and the rest are BOSCH, and it'll annoy me.

So, to the question: how do you remove the headlights from the frame? It looks like you just push the ball joints on the end of the adjusters off from the back of the bowl, but I'm not sure and don't want to break anything. (Manual adjusters, nothing fancy here.)
