Hoping someone can shed some light!!! My beloved E30 325i Convertible seems to have some sort of overheating/temperature issue.

Never goes into the red (possibly as I have a kenlow fan fitted) but the temperature guage will randomly go up and down when I am in traffic and moving.

Had a similar problem previously and the place I took the car to said it was an air lock and cleared it.

Not head gasket/cylinder head as have had this before and replaced with brand new and is not showing the same symptoms.

Anyone got any advice as to what it might be and if is is an air lock where it would be and how to clear it...?

Many thanks.
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail...
