gearbox + 3.64 lsd q?

got a 2.5 with a 3.64 lsd, and the standard getrag 260 box..

one ive got is finished, ive got a box which came off my 316i in the garden, 240

the ratios by the looks of the wiki are pretty much bang on, with a 3.64 diff wanted to find out at about 70 if i will be redlining with a 240?

and for the 260 first gear is at 3.83... so if i change over to the 240 will pick up essentially be slower?

First gear on a 240 is 3.72, so acceleration in first will be marginally slower.
