morning .the clear top coat is peeling on the bonnet what is the best way to remove this without destroying the paint underneath?thanks chris

i'd say none

No such thing. The clearcoat is an essential part for the colour coat; the only time you can have one without the other is the 45-minute window between spraying the paint on at the factory. After that, if you have peeling clearcoat, you'll need to take the area all the way back to primer to fix it.
