Anyone know how easy it is to replace the TPS on a 93 318i, do you have to remove the throttle body or can it be changed in situ??

Possibly can be changed in situ, but I've never tried, since it's a lot easier to remove the TB, or even the upper half of the manifold, so that you can check out all those often cracked hoses under there at the same time.

It's only the big air hose and four bolts. Most, if not all, of the rest of the bits can stay connected.

Will have a look tomorrow along with AFM check as really want to get this sorted and on the road for my lad now, if it wasn't so damn solid I'd have looked for one that runs OK for him and moved this one on :)
