HI I HAVE BMW E30 325I AND MY Accelerator IS VERY STIFF ARE ALL E30S LIKE THIS OR IS THERE SOMTHING I NEED TO REPLACE PLEASE HELP ME AS I NEED THIS DONE ASAP

Is it as sticky as your Shift key?

Stiff accelerator will be the throttle cable, or the mats blocking the pedal.

My shift key is very loose and moves around aswell so what could be the problem for both of these

Both your throttle cable and PC/laptop/tablet/whatever need replacing.
