So close to giving up with this car :( I just want a nice car that works !

When I drive most of the time the car starts fine and drives for about 10 mins then suddenly I just can't drive it it barely moves and I get spurts of drive then bogs down feels like some things blocked

Its a 320 convertible

Sounds temperature-related, so when it heats up, something goes awry.

Has it been serviced recently, and have you checked the blue temperature sender is working OK?

Theres allot of work to be done elsewhere my team gauge doesn't work I've done the appropriate checks for this but got nothing and the car is probably a few years overdue a service I've only recently got the car myself

Sounds like therein lies your trouble - give it a decent service.

Could be a blocked air and/or fuel filter, manky spark plugs or other ignition parts, also check the cambelt if it hasn't been done in ages.
