auto box problem

hiya I have a 320i cab. auto I have just changed the fluid/strainer and although it is much better still the problem remains, which is when cold it takes high revs to make it change up, once it has changed gear it is perfect ,changing gear as it should no slipping or any niggles. Is there some adjustment that can be made? help
