Sunroof Motor clicking

Need technical Q/A then you're in the right place

Hi im sure it's the motor but before I start trying to source another just thought I would check. The sunroof motor just clicks when I press the sunroof button the roof doesn't even attempt to open?

Either the drive gear on the motor is worn or the cable that the gear engages.
Pete don't care about colour, He would shag a rainbow if he could find the end of it....
