On board light for the rear stop lights is coming on as fault after I drive and I checked all the lights which seemed to be fine.

If this comes on as soon as you start the car, it isn't a problem. The brake lights are about the only lights in an E30 which require human input (I.e pressing the brake lever with your foot) to check correct operation. I assume the light goes out when / if you brake? This is normal :)
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is

I had 5 e30s and I know the light goes off after I touch the break but in this case it will come on after I drive something like 10 or 20 minutes.

Also I have cleaned the cluster but still same problem

Apologies from me. I supposed from your low post count that you were new to E30s. :)

Most likely cause of the problem (RH drive E30s only) is that the brake pull rod, that goes across the cabin of the car behind the heater box, is in dire need of adjustment, leaving the brake light switch just at the point of turning on with the pedal at rest.
If it's been like this for too long, the switch will need replacing.

I changed the switch under the break pedal and the problem is sorted.
Thanks for the advice and help.

Your new one will go the same way as the first one if you don't adjust the pull rod.
