It's generally a good idea to keep as much of the car in one piece as possible.

yes remove it, and also the rear one. this will save you much weight. also wing mirrors are not really needed.
you will fail an MOT and no doubt attract lots of police attention, but who cares when you have no bumpers and have such a fast car.
