hi all i'm bit confused fitted engine in gone to fit rad and it's hitting the viscous.

checked all mounts all are fine and located properly.

any ideas please people,i'm not sure but could it be the rad and what is the thickness supposed to be?

What engine, what rad, what rad mounts are you using and what condition are your engine mounts in?

m20 engine,i beleive m20 rad,bottom rad mounts are the original m40 ones and engine mounts are spot on m20 mounts

I think you're going to need m20 rad mounts.
If it ain't broke..
Fix it till it is :)

M40 left hand rad mount is longer than the M20 version, so your rad is sitting in there at the wrong angle for a start,
