8J Rim and tire

Hello,

I just buy 8j rim (ET25 and R15) all same front and rear, and I think I was take wrong choice.

I had problem with front tire will rubbing the front plastics mud guard, while turning because I use m3 control arms bushes

I'm thinking of replace 205/55/15 with 195/55/15 or 205/50/15. Which is better?

does 195 will stretch too much?

does the best for front e30 rim was 7J?

and can I push forward my front mud guard?
