What cause my left rim stuck/touch into my strut housing

Hello,

I found that my left rim lip touch with my strut housing, I found only in my left wheel.

does is it because of I hit potholes? so it is bend?

how to fix this? may be with some hidraulic machinery, or I must replace all my strut housing?

Might be a bent wheel, if it is only rubbing in 1 place on the wheel,

or..

if its rubbing all the way round the wheel, change the strut leg

yes it is rubbing all the way round the wheel.
