Broken sunroof runner?

Hi, have a facelift two door with manual sunroof, after repainting the roof tried re fitting the two piece sunroof seal and some how managed to break the left hand runner/roller piece! The fabric panel how hangs down did look at wiki but can't see if its part of the sunroof cassette or sunroof lid, any help greatly wanted including how to fit the bloody seal that caused the breakage!!!

Ive just had to replace the hole runner etc as i made a very stupid mistake too.

You should have fitted the seal then fitted the panel to the car.

I left the panel on as I painted the whole car roof ! Pain in the ass job was it?
