well i have a small problem my heaters/blowers dont currently work along with the electric mirror's now ive checked the fuse and swaped the relay with spares but notting!
now the funny thing is i converted the car from a 316i to 325i and they worked perfect before the conversion!
now about a year back i re converted it back to a 316i (dont ask!) and once again the heaters/blowers worked again! i have since converted it back to a 325i and once again the heaters/blowers dont work!
the electric mirrors have never worked tough! also the overhead lights didnt work originaly and after i took the carpet out and dryed it up along with the wiring that was damp they started working again!
so is there a relay on the engine loom to do with the heaters? or do they not work unless the coolent system is properly bleed out?
heaters and electric mirror's dont work?

Give it a chance, some of us have work to do.
The blowers and mirrors have different fuses but both go through the same relay, K7. But if your mirrors never worked when your blowers did then you have more than one problem here.
The mirror issue is probably due to corrosion of either the control switch on the door, or the door loom plug on the driver's side. However, there's nothing you can do about that for the moment.
The blowers can fail for all sorts of reasons, and it has nothing to do with bleeding the system. Have a read:
