My cab seems to develop this squeaking noise when driving it kind of speeds up and slows down with the car speed so I guess its got to be somthing to do with the tyres but no idea what, any ideas anyone?

You'll have to narrow it down a bit before we can even begin to guess! Changes with engine speed or road speed? (change gear when it's happening.)

Lol changes with road speed sounds like its coming from the left side.

Front or rear? If rear, I'd place checking that the handbrake shoe retaining pins haven't pulled through the backplate fairly high up the list of possibilities.
