Rear Beam polybushes (which way up)

I bought the above from someone off here second hand. Obviously no fitting intructions.

Which way do they go in? Is ti with the little cone/hat towards the bottom on the car. This seems most likely.

if you get a pic up, it would be easier - but it goes in upwards, and then you insert the metal pipe

Cheers mate. I would have put a picture up, but at work in the sticks with dial up internet. I would be here till next year.
