Rubber bump stops?

I took the wheels off the other day for a bit of a clean up and noticed what I think are the rubber bump stops, or what's left of them that is.............can anyone confirm if this is indeed what they are please? I have seen replacements cheap on ebay, but will they fit my up-rated shocks? TIA

Yes they are or should I say have been bump stops. ECP and carparts4less do a blistein kit with dust covers and bump stops for approx £17.

The ride is quite bumpy on country roads, fine on main road and motorways - so will fitting these new parts make it any less bumpy or is the rough ride down to my dampers/spring setup?

They won't make any real difference, the springs and dampers will control the ride along with the bushes. So shagged out components or hard springs will make the ride pretty harsh.
