As above, how hard are broken seat mechanisms to fix/replace?
Are the parts easy to come by or will i need to buy cheap donor seats
Are seat mechanisms easy to repair??

Broken in what sense? If the seat's neglected enough things will shear off and you'll need a welder to fix them.
