Hi all,

I've search to no avail - How do you actually open the TPS up?! I believe mine isn't working properly. Drilled a hole in the bottom and flushed some WD-40 through but it's not helped.

I read somewhere "just use a dremel or a file to open it up" which I tried, but it seems short of literally cutting it in half then gluing it back together, I can't pop it open..

Thanks

That's correct - it's not designed to be opened up.
IIRC, it's an enclosed microswitch inside the TPS for the idle switch, and anything you flush through the casing will take a while to get inside its case and do any good. Keep flushing.
