Assuming its still the original fitment, in both front and rear arches they should have 'pin' type holders, a 1mm allen key bit will do for pushing these through and removing the outer part, then you can start on the actual side pods, the rear part first just pops forward, from the top, there are 3 points it connects to the body, either end and in the middle, pop them all off the top, the it will drop forward to you and then slide out of the lower section.
Same goes for the front wing part.
The actual lower section, underneath there are, I think, 5 clips that hold it along the sill base, these pull off so to speak, You can use a flat head screw driver to help pop them down, you should get a feel for it, once they are all removed, the side skirt pulls straight off away from the car.
Door pod, along the base there are 'turn' type bolts then need half turning to remove, then a 9mm plastic nut on the edge near the latch section at the top of the pod. Then the whole thing pops off from the top.
