When my car goes over 3000 revs it kangaroos and wont go, fine up to 3000 revs and when accelerated slow, otherwise its screwed, also smeels of fuel a bit. My thoughts are the ECU or possibly temp sensor?

Any ideas?

Its like the fuel/air ratio isnt right and the car hesitates due to this.
