E30 floor pan hard point

Hi, have been doing a bit of welding around the sill and while I'm down there want to replace the passenger seat rear mount hard point which is fairy rusty. It attaches via spot welds to the floor pan and inner sill. Have removed the part and am now struggling to get hold of one. Have looked on real oem etc and can't even find the item listed? None of the floor pan seems to be listed in fact!?
